Accessibility / ADA Consultations

• This involves taking a thorough check of a home - inside and out - and drafting a detailed, written report covering issues related to making the entire home as "accessible" as possible, particularly to individuals who are in some way disabled or otherwise physically challenged. This goes beyond simple ramp recommendations and covers every room (and hallway) of the home, as well as the exterior.
  

Preplanning for a Possible Home Sale

• This involves doing a pre-walkthrough of the home, looking at it as if it were a pre-purchase inspection, a giving a detailed, written report as to findings of what will slow or stop a sale, and what may need funds to be held for the new owners to handle after the sale. This is similar to a pre-purchase inspection, but done for the benefit of the current owner.
